Cinnamon Sugar Pecans Recipe!
 
Ingredients
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 cups nuts
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2.5 tablespoons cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites and water until a stiff peaks foam.
  3. Add water and vanilla to the beaten eggs.
  4. Toss nuts in egg white mixture until coated.
  5. Mix cinnamon, sugar (both kinds), and salt in a large bowl.
  6. Slowly sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over nuts until covered.
  7. Bake on 300 for 40 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
  8. Pour candy pecans on aluminum foil and let cool for over an hour or until hard.
