Homemade Cinnamon Streusel & Peppermint Traditions!
 
Ingredients
  • Cake:
  • ¾ Cup Sugar
  • 1½ Cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ¼ Cup Canola Oil
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Topping:
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • ½ Cup Chopped Nuts (Pecans)
Instructions
  1. Cake Directions:
  2. Combine all DRY ingredients.
  3. Add in all WET ingredients.
  4. And stir with fork until mixed.
  5. Streusel Directions:
  6. Melt the 2 Tablespoons Butter.
  7. Add remaining ingredients.
  8. Stir till crumbling.
  9. Pour cake batter into pan and top with streusel topping.
  10. Bake at 375 degrees 25-35 minutes.
