Ningxia Red Smoothie Recipe!
- 2oz Ningxia Red from Young Living
- 1 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Single Serve Package of Greek Yogurt with 10 grams of protein
- 1 Cup Strawberries
- Blend ice and strawberries together well.
- Add in orange juice, Ningxia Red, and greek yogurt.
- Blend well until desired texture.
- Pour into glass or stainless steel glass. Enjoy!
