Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pour mixture into a well greased bunt pan and bake for 40 minutes.
(Cooking time will vary depending on size of bunt pan and oven. Check after 40 minutes by putting a knife or tooth pick into the bottom of the cake and see if it comes out "clean". Add extra time if needed.)
Once done, allow cake to cool completely.
Frosting Directions:
Combine Butter, milk, and Cocoa until mixed well.
Add in Powdered Sugar and mix completely.
Add in vanilla.
If you want your cake to be even more rich, add an extra ⅓ of cocoa powder to the icing.
Pour frosting over cooled cake and let sit before cutting.
