NingXia Red

I used Young Living’s NingXia Red to make this recipe! I like to use Young Living products because of their seed to seal guarantee. You’re probably wondering, what is so special about NingXia Red? Why is the “Red Drink” becoming one of the best secrets to health and wellness? Besides the fact that it contains 18 Amino Acids, 21 Trace Minerals, 6 Essential Fatty Acids, and Vitamins B1, B2, and E, this drink also includes the superfruit, wolfberry. 1 oz of NingXia Red’s Antioxidant power is equal to the following:

4lbs. Carrots
2 Quarts Carrot Juice
8 Oranges
1 Pint Orange Juice
2lbs. Beet Juice
3 Cups Raspberries
2 Cups Blueberries

Immune Boosting Strawberry Smoothie

Here’s What You Need:

2oz NingXia Red from Young Living
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Orange Juice
1 Single Serve Package of Greek Yogurt with 10 grams of protein (I used strawberry).
1 Cup Strawberries

Directions:

Blend ice and strawberries together well.

Add in orange juice, Ningxia Red, and greek yogurt.

Blend well until desired texture.

Pour into glass or stainless steel glass. Enjoy!

This recipe can be made in under 5 minutes! I love that it helps to boost my immune system and also gives me a great source of protein with the greek yogurt.

You can always drink NingXia Red by itself – it’s recommend 1-2 ounces daily. Or you can add it with Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Cranberry Juice, or any other juice of your choice! Sometimes I will make a smoothie with orange juice, NingXia Red, and Greek Yogurt. I won’t even blend it in the blender or add ice! This is a quick and easy on-the-go recipe for when I’m running behind:).
