Here is a great All Natural DIY Linen Spray!

If you love using Essential Oils (or are wanting to start), this All Natural DIY Linen Spray is a great spray to have around before you head to bed! Just spray this son your linens and pillows before you set your alarm! Plus, here are even more of my favorite Essential Oil Recipes!

All Natural DIY Linen Spray

Here’s What You Need:
10 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
7 Drops Cedarwood Essential Oil
7 Drops Stress Away Essential Oil
4oz Spray Bottle 

Directions:
Fill the spray bottle 1/2 full with water.

Add in all 3 Essential oils.

Fill the spray bottle with water till it’s almost full.

Shake and spray!

My favorite recipe to diffuse at night is Lavender, Cedarwood, and Raven! I use 3-5 drops of each of these depending on how big my diffuser is. If you’ve never tried Cedarwood and Raven, they are awesome!

Cedarwood helps to create a calming environment and can also be used in a massage oil!

Raven is a combination of deeply soothing therapeutic grade essential oils and will help to provide comfort when applied to the chest and throat or diffused!

This is a go-to nightly routine for me, and I love it! Sometimes I will add Eucalyptus or Thieves. Plus, Stress Away and Peace and Calming!
