DIY All Natural Bedtime Spray

Stress Away Bedtime Spray

Here’s What You Need:
4oz Glass Spray Bottle
12 drops Lavender Essential Oil
12 drops Stress Away Essential Oil

Linen Spray

Directions:
Fill your spray bottle about 3/4 full of water.

Add in the Lavender and Stress Away Essential Oils.

Spray and shake on your pillow or bed linens.
