Butterscotch Fudge with Condensed Milk
Butterscotch Fudge with Condensed Milk is a MUST! The Condensed Milk gives the Fudge a smooth and creamy texture, while also adding sweetness. An easy ingredient that makes a world of difference!
How to make Easy Butterscotch Fudge Recipe
First, start by lining a a square baking pan (9×9″ or 8×8″) with parchment paper.
Then add to a double boiler 2 cups of Butterscotch Chips and 8 ounces of White Almond Bark.
Next, pour in a 14 ounce can of Sweetened Condensed Milk.
Also add in 3 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter and 1/4 teaspoon of Salt.
Now stir all the ingredients together until they are completely melted in the double boiler.
Once completely melted, take the fudge off the heat and add in the maple extract and 1/2 cup of walnuts. Mix together well.
Now it’s time to pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Top the Butterscotch Fudge with the remaining 1/2 cup of walnuts.
Allow the Fudge to cool until completely set (4-6 hours at room temperature or 4 hours in the refrigerator).
Finally, cut the Butterscotch Fudge into squares and sprinkle on sea salt! Serve and ENJOY!

8 oz white almond bark
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 cup walnuts (divided)
Sea salt to garnish
Recipe:
Prepare a 9×9” or 8×8” square pan with parchment paper.
Using a double boiler, combine the butterscotch chips, sweetened condensed milk, white almond bark, butter, and salt together over medium heat.
Stir regularly until almost melted and then stir continuously until completely melted.
Remove the fudge from the heat and stir in the maple extract.
Add half of the walnuts to the batter and mix well.
Pour the fudge batter into the prepared pan and then press the remaining walnuts on the top.
Let the fudge cool at room temperature for 4-6 hours, or in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Once the fudge is completely set, garnish with sea salt (optional) before or after cutting the fudge into 16 pieces.
