Easy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe! 

I’m working on getting a full post, but for now! Here is the recipe you have been BEGGING me for! 

I showed my Instagram Friends my cheesecake recipe and they went CRAZY! Over 700 people were begging me to give you the recipe so here it is!

Most of the time I double this recipe and use a 9×13″ pan! Even if you don’t double the crust you can double the filling!

Easy Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

Crust ingredients:
1 package of graham crackers
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter (melted)

Filling ingredients:
1 bar of cream cheese (8oz)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup Lemon juice

DIRECTION:
To make the crust, break graham crackers up in package.
Add sugar and graham crackers to food processor and pulse to crumbs.
Add melted butter and pulse to combine.
Transfer the crust into an 8×8″ baking dish. 
Clean out your food processor and then make the filling.
Blend cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla really well.
Add lemon juice and blend until thick.
Pour cheesecake into crust and refrigerate overnight or for at least 8 hours.
