Baked Cranberry Almond Granola Recipe!
  • ⅓ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries (1/3 less fat)
  • ¾ cup Sliced Almonds
  1. Heat oil and maple syrup in a microwave safe bowl for 40 seconds.
  2. Add vanilla and stir.
  3. Place oats in a large bowl, pour maple syrup mixture over oats and stir well.
  4. Add in cranberries and almonds and continue to stir until mixed.
  5. Line large jelly roll pan with parchment paper, and pour the oat mixture on the pan.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees and stir after 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and spread on foil to cool.
  8. Package and enjoy!
