Cinnamon Sugar Pecans Recipe!
- 2 egg whites
- 3 cups nuts
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2.5 tablespoons cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
- Beat egg whites and water until a stiff peaks foam.
- Add water and vanilla to the beaten eggs.
- Toss nuts in egg white mixture until coated.
- Mix cinnamon, sugar (both kinds), and salt in a large bowl.
- Slowly sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over nuts until covered.
- Bake on 300 for 40 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
- Pour candy pecans on aluminum foil and let cool for over an hour or until hard.
