Ningxia Red Smoothie Recipe!
  • 2oz Ningxia Red from Young Living
  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 1 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Single Serve Package of Greek Yogurt with 10 grams of protein
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  1. Blend ice and strawberries together well.
  2. Add in orange juice, Ningxia Red, and greek yogurt.
  3. Blend well until desired texture.
  4. Pour into glass or stainless steel glass. Enjoy!
