Place Peanut Butter, Coconut Oil, and Maple Syrup in a sauce pan.
Heat over medium heat until melted.
Whisk mixture until smooth.
Pour into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Put baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes.
After peanut butter base is hard, melt dark chocolate in the microwave (to melt chocolate, heat in microwave for 30 seconds on 50% power level until melted. Stir between every 30 seconds).
Spread chocolate over the peanut butter base.
Put the baking sheet back into the freezer until it’s hard.
Once hardened, Melt white chocolate the same way and add green food coloring.
Drizzle and Swirl Green White Chocolate over the chocolate bark and add sprinkles.
Put the bark back in the freezer to harden completely.
Once the Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark is completely hardened, break it apart, serve, and enjoy!
TIP: It's easier to melt the chocolate if you add about a teaspoon of coconut oil to the chocolate before you melt it. Do this for the dark chocolate and the white chocolate.
