Easy Lemon Cupcakes Recipe!
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Box White Cake Mix
  • 1 Package Lemon Instant Pudding
  • ⅓ Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice (for a lighter lemon flavor, use water)
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Completely combine all ingredients.
  3. Spoon into cupcake liners filling about ⅔ full.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean (do not over cook).
  6. Mix lemon glaze ingredients together.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and then poke holes with a toothpick and pour lemon glaze over the cupcakes to absorb in the holes.
  8. Let cool completely.
