Homemade Strawberry Mango Fruit Roll Ups Recipe Made with Honey! An easy back-to-school, after school, or healthy work day snack idea that’s kid-friendly!
I don’t know about you, but I am always looking for easy, on-the-go snack ideas that are healthy and I can make at home! This Homemade Strawberry Mango Fruit Roll Ups Recipe is made with honey instead of processed sugar! I don’t have any kids yet, but these would also be a great back-to-school or after school snack that you would be happy to feed your kids!
There is no processed sugar in this recipe, you only use honey, however you could always substitute the honey for real sugar if you wanted.

Homemade Strawberry Mango Fruit Roll Ups Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Strawberries
2 Cups Mangos
1 Lemon (the juice of)
4 Teaspoons Honey
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, puree mango and strawberries separately.
Put each fruit into pan on the stove and add in 1/2 lemon and 2 teaspoons honey.
Bring mixture to boil and then turn down to medium low heat.
Spread one fruit on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a random pattern.
Add the other fruit onto the baking sheet to fill in the places of the other fruit.
Spread evenly with spatula.
Place in oven at 170 degrees for 4-6 hours until all of the moisture is gone.
Roll up parchment paper and then cut into 1″ strips.

I had so much fun making these! It didn’t take very long at all to whip together, and then I just let them dry out in my oven for a long time! At first I thought I left them in there TOO long and that they were going to stick to the parchment paper, but it was actually PERFECT and they “unrolled” from the parchment paper easily when I was ready to eat them!
