Homemade Strawberry Mango Fruit Roll Ups Made with Honey! An easy back-to-school, after school, or healthy work day snack idea that's kid-friendly and FUN!

I had so much fun making these! It didn’t take very long at all to whip together, and then I just let them dry out in my oven for a long time! At first I thought I left them in there TOO long and that they were going to stick to the parchment paper, but it was actually PERFECT and they “unrolled” from the parchment paper easily when I was ready to eat them!
