How to Make Poached Chicken at Home! A super easy and basic cooking skill to remember!
If you are like me, you moved out of your parents house and maybe didn’t learn everything you needed to know about the simple things in life (especially in the kitchen). Poached chicken is super simple and smells SO wonderful! One of my favorite smells is the smell of celery and carrots cooking, or bell peppers and onions, but the peppers and onions will have to wait for another day.
How to Make Poached Chicken
1 Cup Carrots
Add all ingredients and cover with water salt and pepper.
- 1 Cup Carrots
- ½ Cup Cellery
- ¼ Cup Copped Onion
- 6 Frozen Chicken Tenders
- Add all ingredients and cover with water salt and pepper.
- Bring covered pot to a boil and immediately lower to simmer.
- Simmer for 20 minutes covered.
- Turn off heat and let sit for 30 minutes.
Poached Chicken is something that I would put in my Chicken Rigatoni Recipe or my Homemade Chicken and Dumplings!
