I am SO excited to share this Red, White, and Blue 4th of July Smoothie Recipe with you because I am loving all things Summer and 4th of July!
This 4th of July Smoothie is so easy to make and layer together. All you need is a few simple ingredients and clear cups!
4th of July is one of my favorite holidays to make themed desserts and recipes! Give me all the red, white, and blue firecrackers and sprinkles! Anytime you can make easy holiday recipes is a win in my book!

How to Make a Red, White, & Blue 4th of July Smoothie
Start the process by gathering all of your ingredients that you are going to need for each layer of the smoothie.
I like to start with white layer so that the colors do not blend. Add all of your ingredients into your blender or food processor and mix well. Once it’s fully blended, transfer the layer to a mason jar or a blender and put it in the freezer.
Repeat this step with the red layer and then the blue layer.
Let all of the layers sit in the freezer for about 15 minutes so that they will not melt as fast once you combine the layers.
After 15 minutes, grab your glasses and pour! Layer however you would like and enjoy!
4th of July Smoothie Ingredients
Red Layer:
1 Cup Simple Syrup
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Strawberries
6 oz Strawberry or Vanilla Yogurt
White Layer:
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Ice
1 Large Banana
6 oz Peach or Vanilla Yogurt
Blue Layer:
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Blueberries
6 oz Blueberry or Vanilla Yogurt
4th of July Smoothie Directions
Combine all ingredients for the WHITE layer in a blender and mix well.
Pour into a mason jar or pitcher and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Wash out the blender & combine all ingredients for the RED layer in a blender and mix well.
Pour into a mason jar or pitcher and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Wash out the blender & combine all ingredients for the BLUE layer in a blender and mix well.
Pour into a mason jar or pitcher and place in freezer for 15 minutes.
Once all of the layers are blended and frozen, layer into a clear cup or mason jar and serve immediately.
Recipe yields 3-4 smoothies depending on cup size.
So simple and DELICIOUS! This would be a fun breakfast to make for your kids on the 4th of July, or any patriotic holiday!
