My favorite of all of these DVDs is Gunnar Peterson’s Core Secrets Ab Assault! Ab Assault is a 30 minute workout that uses a Stability Ball and 1 Hand Weight. You can start at a 3-5lb hand weight and work your way up! I use a 10 pound hand weight when I do this workout and it always gives me great results! I love adding the extra resistance to my workout for an added bonus, but you can also complete the workout without a hand weight if you are just getting started!
This DVD is a steady pace workout that is easy to follow. Plus, you do not get bored doing this workout which is always a bonus! This is one of my favorite workouts that I try to do 2-3 times a week. I have had this DVD for over 5 years, and I always end up going back to it when I want to tone my core. This is a great DVD to try if you want to get in shape for Summer!

Windsor Pilates 20 Minute Workout is another quick and easy workout that gives results! This is a video I love to do when I want to work on my flexibility. It is also a great workout to stretch and tone your muscles! Since I am a ballet dancer, I love having long, lean muscles and getting stretched out! This DVD is great for any level of fitness and has many modifications if you are just beginning. You don’t need anything for this video, just some space in your living room or bedroom!
I normally try to do this DVD about 2-3 times a week or interchange this video with Ab Assault! Since this is only a 20 minute workout, it is great for when you do not have much time. This is a full body workout, but I feel like it really targets my abs for a quick Ab Workout since there is a lot of stabilizing! The fact that you will workout your entire body is an added bonus!
*Tip: I like to throw in a couple sets of 20 pushups when I do this workout to really focus on my arms and core! Just throw these in during or after the 20 Minute Pilates workout for something extra!
Another great Ab DVD is Jillian Michaels: 6 Week Six-Pack. This DVD includes a lot of cardio with the ab workout. This is a great option if you are wanting to lose weight and tone your core. I personally do not do this workout very often because I love the other two so much. But it is still one of my top 3 ab workouts on DVD!
