Then, line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

Use a large cookie scoop (I used a 3 tablespoon scoop) to create the candy balls. Place them on the parchment paper.

FOR THE DRIZZLE: Melt 4 ounces of Almond Bark and add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring. Mix until completely incorporated.

Valentine’s Day White Chocolate Crockpot Candy with Pretzels

Yields: 37 pieces of candy (that are about 3 tablespoons each)
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 1 hour
Additional time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

3 cups white baking chips, divided
24 ounces while almond bark
16 oz dry roasted peanuts (salted)
16 oz dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
4 cups tiny pretzel twists
4 additional ounces white almond bark (for drizzle), optional (or you can use 4 ounces of the white almond bark above)
Pink food coloring
1/2 cup valentine’s day M&Ms
About 1/2 cup assorted Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Directions:

In a large crockpot, layer the chocolate and peanuts.
I put 1 cup of white baking chips in the bottom of my crockpot, both kinds of peanuts on top, 20-24 ounces of almond bark, and 2 cups of white baking chips.
Put the lid on the crockpot and cook on low for 1 – 1.5 hours.
Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper so you have somewhere to put your candy.
Remove the lid and stir the chocolate and peanuts together.
Add the pretzels (break them up some if you want to) and stir until coated completely.
Use a large 3 tablespoon cookie scoop to create candy balls.
Place them about an inch apart on the baking sheets.
Either make pink drizzle here or immediately top with M&Ms and sprinkles before the chocolate hardens.
After they are garnished with M&Ms and sprinkles, let the candies cool completely.

If you want to add the drizzle:

Heat 4 ounces of almond bark (optional) (you can also use 4 ounces of the almond bark before you add it to the crockpot so you don’t have to buy two packages) in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
Add 1-2 drops of pink food coloring (I used 1 drop) until you get your desired color of pink).
Using a fork, drizzle the pink chocolate over your candy and immediately garnish with M&Ms and sprinkles.
Let the candies cool completely.

Notes:

● If you don’t want to buy two packages of almond bark, use 20 ounces of white almond bark in your candy and save 4 ounces for the drizzle.
● This recipe can be used with chocolate almond bark instead of white.
● You can also substitute semi-sweet chocolate chips for the white chocolate chips to make a chocolate crockpot candy.
● No need to stir while it’s cooking, but you can if you want to start getting it mixed together -it might help it melt quicker.
● Crockpot candy can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks.
