Why are my peanut butter cookies falling apart?
If your peanut butter cookies are falling apart you may have added too much flour. Another way to keep your cookies from falling apart is to let them cool completely on the baking sheet before picking them up.
How do I know when my peanut butter cookies are done?
The cookie will look set in the center and the edges will start to brown. You will have to watch them closely in the oven, and then let them cool completely on the baking sheet to finish baking even after they are out of the oven.
Why do you fork peanut butter cookies?
Have you ever wondered this!? I sure did! Not only is it just to look pretty and like a classic peanut butter cookie, but the fork marks help to spread out the dense cookie dough so that the cookies bake evenly.
