- Basic kitchen ingredients like flour, sugar, eggs, and baking soda
- A cake pop maker or a mini muffin tin
How to make Banana Bread Bites
Aren’t these the cutest thing?!? Perfect for an afternoon treat! Here’s how to make Banana Bread Bites!
First, cream together the butter with the white and brown sugars.
Then, add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix together until combined.
Next, add in the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into the wet ingredients and mix all together.
Now add the mashed bananas to the batter.
You can also fold in nuts to the batter as well!
Finally, pour the batter into a greased mini muffin pan or a cake pop maker and bake until browned and cooked through. Once the muffins are cooled, serve and ENJOY!
Banana Bread Bites Recipe
Yields 36 Banana Bread Bites
Ingredients:
½ cup unsalted butter softened
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups all purpose flour
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup chopped nuts of your choosing
1 cup mashed bananas – roughly 2 large bananas
Cake pop maker or mini muffin tin
Instructions:
Preheat your cake pop maker if using one, or preheat the oven to 350 degrees if using a mini muffin pan.
Beat together the sugar and butter until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture, and beat to combine.
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in the mashed banana and chopped nuts.
If you are using a cake pop maker to create your banana nut bread bites, fill each compartment, close the lid and cook until done and browned. Continue to create new batches until the batter is gone.
If you are using a mini muffin pan instead, fill each greased cup about ⅔ of the way full, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Continue to cook the batter in batches until it is gone.
Let the muffins cool and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container.
