I am LOVING this Easy Banana Pudding Recipe right now! It’s so simple to make and everyone LOVES it!!! My hubby can’t get enough & asks me to make it all the time. Easy Banana Pudding Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/3 Cup 2% Milk
1 Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz.)
1.5 Cups Heavy Cream
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
3-4 Bananas Sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Combine milk, pudding, and sweetened condensed milk in a large mixing bowl or Kitchen-aid.
Mix or whisk well (or until smooth) and place in the refrigerator for at least 5 minutes.
While the pudding mixture is setting, beat heavy cream and vanilla in a large bowl until a stiff peak forms (this takes 4-5 minutes).
Combine the pudding mixture and the cream mixture by folding them in together.
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with vanilla wafers and sliced bananas.
Pour pudding mixture on top of the bananas & vanilla wafers.
Finish the dish by putting any extra vanilla wafers on the top to make it look pretty!
Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight.
Serve & Enjoy!
