What is the difference between a brownie and a blondie?
Blondies are different from a brownie because they do not have chocolate in them. When you eliminate the cocoa powder they become more of a vanilla taste and aren’t a rich chocolate brown color.
Why are blondies called blondies?
A blondie is a rich and sweet dessert bar. This one is very similar to a cookie bar but because it is a little thicker like brownies we called it a blondie.
Are blondies supposed to be gooey?
Yes, blondies are supposed to be gooey like brownies, verse a normal cookie bar. To get your blondies gooey, take them out of the oven before the center dough is completely done. Leave the blondies on the pan so that the center can continue baking without getting hard.
These Blondies are so easy to make and you can even double the recipe for a crowd!
