Easy Double Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies Recipe!

If you need a new 4th of July Dessert Recipe, try this Easy Double Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies Recipe for your friends and family! This is one of my favorite cookie recipes because they are so easy to make and really good! If you are a chocolate fan, or know someone who is, then these are great to make for parties, birthdays, or any celebration! Add a scoop of ice cream or frosting in the middle and you have an extra special treat! I hope you enjoy these with your friends and family as we celebrate the U.S.A.!

Double Chocolate Cake Batter Cookies

Here’s What You Need:
1 Box of Devils Food Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Oil
2 Eggs
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Combine cake mix, oil, and eggs into a large mixing bowl.

Stir in Chocolate Chips.

Place Mini Balls of Cookie Dough on a Cookie Sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. I used a Mini Cookie Scoop to get the perfect size!

Gently press the Cookie Balls down so that they are flat.

Bake at 350 degrees for 9 minutes.

Remove the cookies from the oven and let them finish baking on the cookie sheet.

After the cookies have cooled, add a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream between two cookies and roll the sides in Red and Blue Sprinkles!!

These are super easy to make and do not take long at all! You could always use Vanilla Frosting in the middle and make a double doozie if you will be outside and think the ice cream will melt. These are a great last-minute recipe for the 4th of July!
