Why do my peanut butter cookies taste dry?

Thankfully, these peanut butter brownie cookies are hard to dry out. Be sure sure to add the chocolate syrup and the peanut butter mixture to keep them from getting too dry.

If you use smaller cookie dough balls, you may have to decrease the baking time so they don’t get too dry.

What is the difference between a brownie cookie and chocolate cookie?

Brownie Cookies create a batter that is softer and not as dense as a chocolate cookie because it has a higher fat content. Brownie cookies are softer because of the batter base.
