S'mores Bites Ingredients

How to Make Easy S’mores Bites

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. If you’re using a melting pot, start melting your almond bark or white chocolate.

S'mores Bites on Tray

Break your graham crackers into fourths. Line the crackers on a baking sheet and put mini marshmallows on half of them.

S'mores Bites Food Coloring

While your s’mores are in the oven, put a drop of red and blue food coloring on parchment paper or a paper plate.

S'mores Bites Food Coloring on Crackers

Bake crackers for 3 minutes (marshmallows will start to expand). Remove from oven and put an empty cracker on one of the ones with marshmallows to make a sandwich.

S'mores Bites With blue Food Dye'

Dip a toothpick into the food color and use the toothpick to smooth the marshmallows on the edges. This will color the marshmallows and make the S’mores even.

S'mores Bites Dipped in White Chocolate

If you’re not using a melting pot, melt almond bark or white chocolate according to package. If you are using a melting pot, stir it now and it should be ready for dipping.

Dip the end of each sandwich into the white chocolate or almond bark and put on parchment paper to cool completely.

Sprinkle with holiday sprinkles and then drizzle with remaining white chocolate or almond bark.

Baking Tips:

I like to use the oven because it gives the marshmallows a better texture. Plus, it only takes 3 minutes which is super fast!

Double or triple the recipe depending on how many people you are expecting for your holiday party!

What is the best chocolate to use for S’mores?
