I love making fudge at Christmas! It’s one of my favorite candy recipes and holiday traditions! 

Easy, No-Bake, and perfect for a crowd or to give as a gift! If you are looking for a simple and easy dessert for Christmas, try this one! 

The combination of two different types of chocolate and the hot chocolate mix really make this recipe. The marshmallows and vanilla help make it smooth and creamy. 

Hot Chocolate Fudge Recipe

*yields 12 square pieces of fudge*

Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
3 tablespoons butter
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
4 packages of hot chocolate mix (1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 cups marshmallows (divided)
Peppermint candy canes or crushed peppermints to garnish – about 1/2 cup (optional)

Directions:
Line an 8×8” pan with foil or parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a double boiler, combine 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix.
Stir continuously over medium heat until melted and smooth.
Add 2 cups of marshmallows and stir for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Mix well.
Transfer fudge to the prepared pan and press remaining marshmallows into the top of the fudge.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Cut fudge into squares.
Heat remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.
Drizzle over fudge and let cool completely.

Notes:
You can transfer the chocolate drizzle to a zippered bag and cut the tip off for an easier way to drizzle on the fudge.
