I like to use frozen fruit because I don’t always have fresh fruit on hand. Keep in mind that it’s sometimes cheaper to buy your fruit in bulk when it’s on sale and freeze it yourself!

I like to use an orange juice and greek yogurt base and then add frozen fruit. You could use mangos, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, avocados, and spinach!

Blend well until mixed completely.
