How to make an Avocado Smoothie
Making an Avocado Smoothie is so easy! Grab your avocados, fresh or frozen, and pick out your favorite fruit!
I decided to add Mango to my Avocado Smoothie because I LOVE Frozen Mango in Smoothies and I had it in my freezer!
You can use almond milk, coconut milk, or raw milk for your smoothie. Whatever you prefer and whatever you have in your fridge. I used coconut milk for this recipe.
Add in some healthy stuff. I choose to add spinach and chia seeds to this recipe to pack it with fiber and healthy stuff.
The best part about adding avocados, spinach, and chia seeds is that it doesn’t change the flavor very much but add a huge health benefit.

Avocados offer many health benefits as well as being a great source of healthy fat for your diet. They are high in protein and potassium and offer a great source of fiber too. Avocados also provide a silky texture that is delicious in a smoothie!
Can you put frozen avocado in a smoothie?
YES!! Absolutely! Freezing avocados is a great way to make them last longer if you have some that are about to go bad. Frozen avocados work great in avocado smoothies so it’s a great way to save them for later and enjoy a healthy snack.
