How to Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls
To make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls, first you need to crush up your in a food processor or in a plastic bag to make Oreo crumbles.
Once you have your Oreo Crumbles, combine the crumbles with the cream cheese.
After this is mixed well, roll mixture into 1″ balls and place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Place in the freezer for 15-30 minutes before rolling in the almond bark.
While your Oreo balls are in the freezer, break your almond bark into pieces and place it in the melting pot on “melt”. Once the almond bark is melted, switch the settings to “warm” and it will keep your almond bark easy to work with without getting hard.
Using a plastic fork, dip the Oreo balls into the almond bark and coat it completely. Let the excess drip off and then move it to a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Once all of you Oreo balls are dipped, take the extra almond bark (or melt more if needed) and drizzle almond bark on to the Oreo Balls.
Immediately, before the almond bark dries, sprinkle your favorite Holiday Sprinkles over the almond bark to create Holiday themed Oreo Balls.
