Peanut Butter Balls Recipe with Peppermint

Here’s What You Need:

Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter (softened)
3 Cups powdered sugar
12 oz chocolate almond bark or chocolate chips
4 oz white chocolate or almond bark
1 bag peppermint kisses
Peppermint crunch sprinkles

Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until thick and smooth.

Using a cookie scoop, scoop dough into 1” balls and form around a peppermint kiss.

Place cookie balls on a cooking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and refrigerate the cookie balls for at least 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate almond bark in a melting pot or in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted and smooth.

Using a plastic fork, dip peanut butter balls into the chocolate almond bark and drip any excess off before placing back on the cookie sheet.

Once all of the cookie balls have been dipped, melt the white chocolate almond bark in a melting pot or in the microwave in 30 second increments.

Transfer white chocolate to a plastic bag and cut the tip off. Drizzle over the chocolate and sprinkles with peppermint crunch.
