Peanut Butter M&Ms Skillet Cookie Recipe! An easy chocolate chip skillet cookie with peanut butter M&Ms. An easy skillet dessert recipe!

This Peanut Butter M&Ms Skillet Cookie Recipe is so easy to make and one of our favorite go-to desserts!

Make this for Valentine’s Day or any holiday and just change out the color of peanut butter M&Ms or use the classic colors!

Skillet cookies are so much fun to make and always a crowd favorite. Serve as-is or add a huge scoop of ice cream in the middle and serve warm! 

If you want to be a little extra, drizzle some hot fudge over the top of some vanilla ice cream – YUM!!

Keep in mind, you don’t have to use Peanut Butter M&Ms. You can always use regular M&Ms or any holiday M&Ms. 

Peanut Butter M&Ms Skillet Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of butter, softened (2 sticks)
3/4 cup white granulated sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon table salt
1 12 oz package of mini chocolate chips
1 package of holiday Peanut Butter M&Ms or regular M&Ms (divided)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a 12” cast iron skillet with butter.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
Stir in mini chocolate chips and half of the holiday M&Ms (save the rest to top the cookie after baking).
Press the cookie dough into the skillet and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top the cookie with the rest of the M&Ms (press them into the cookie if needed)
Bake for another 5-8 minutes or until the middle is more set.

Notes

Swap out the Valentine's Day M&Ms for any color or holiday. You can also use regular M&Ms.
