Easy Peanut Butter Protein Bites

I decided to use Truvia because it is a Natural Sweetener and can help me save on calories throughout my day. It comes from the sweet leaves on the stevia plant and is a zero-calorie sweetener! Truvia is Kosher, Gluten Free, and one packet of Truvia provides the same sweetness as two teaspoons of sugar. I decided to try this for the new year since I’m always looking for new ways to reduce calories when it comes to snacking options!

Homemade Iced Tea

Here is an Easy Iced Tea Recipe that you can make in the Keurig for a quick and simple on-the-go drink that doesn’t take much time at all! Bigelow Iced Tea is a great option for me because I like to start my mornings and afternoons with caffeine. By switching to this tea I can get a little boost to my day without using a lot of calories on cokes or flavored coffee that are full of sugar (black coffee is just not for me). You could even add Truvia to your tea if you are a Sweet Tea fan! This is another great option if you are trying to cut down on your sugar intake.
