  • You’ll need a circular baking pan, Mixing Bowls, and a Spatula.
  • Box of Brownie Mix (I used Duncan Hines Chewy fudge Brownie mix 18.3 oz)
  • Eggs, Vegetable Oil, and Water
  • White Chocolate Chips, Mini Marshmallows, and Graham Crackers
  • 4th of July M&Ms and festive Holiday Sprinkles

4th of July Brownie Pizza

The 4th of July is one of my FAVORITE holidays and I love making homemade treats that go with the festivities!

So I was super excited to make this 4th of July Brownie Pizza! The colorful M&Ms and sprinkles just POP and go so well for the 4th of July!

Brownie Pizza

This Brownie Pizza is packed with all kinds of delicious chocolate flavors! It’s packed with white chocolate chips (inside and out) with M&Ms loaded on top!

Plus, I’m really loving the addition of marshmallows and graham crackers to give it a S’mores vibe! Perfect for Summertime 4th of July celebrations!

Pizza Dessert Recipe

A Pizza Dessert Recipe is so fun and unique for holidays! (Who wouldn’t love pizza for dessert?!?) Just slice it up like you would regular pizza and eat up! So chewy and SUPER tasty!

How to make Red White and Blue Brownie Pizza Dessert Recipe!

First, start by spraying a 14-15″ circle baking pan and then preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Next, add the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water to a bowl and mix until combined.

Then mix in 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips.

Now pout the Brownie batter into the prepared circle baking pan.

Bake the Brownie Pizza for 15 minutes (or until the brownie is set and is no longer glossy on top). 

Don’t overbake it!

Time for the fun part! Layer on the marshmallows, graham crackers, the remaining white chocolate chips, then half of the M&Ms. 

Then put the Brownie Pizza back in the oven for 4 minutes. (You could also broil it to toast the marshmallows if you wanted.)

After the 4 minutes, take it out of the oven and top with the rest of the M&Ms and the holiday sprinkles!

Finally, allow the Brownie Pizza to fully cool before slicing and serving. ENJOY!

Preparation time: 8 minutes
Baking time: 19 minutes
Additional time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix (I used Duncan Hines Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix 18.3 oz box)
2 eggs
⅔ cup vegetable oil (I used avocado oil)
3 tablespoons water
1 cup white chocolate chips; divided
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 graham cracker sheets; roughly chopped
1 cup 4th of July M&Ms
Holiday sprinkles

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 and spray a 14-15” circle baking pan well with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water together and mix well.
Add ½ cup of white chocolate chips and stir until combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 15 minutes or until the brownie is set and not glossy on top – do not overbake.
Remove the brownie from the oven and layer on the toppings.
Start with the marshmallows, then the graham crackers, and half of the M&Ms.
Put the brownie back into the oven for about 4 minutes to melt the marshmallows (option to broil the marshmallows if you want them toasted).
Remove from the oven and add the remaining M&Ms and holiday sprinkles

How do I toast the marshmallows on the Brownie Pizza?

When you’ve put all the toppings on the Brownie Pizza, put it back in the oven for about 4 minutes.

If you turn on the broiler on your oven, this will toast the marshmallow, really making it S’more-like. (Just watch them so they don’t burn!)
