  • I like to use Kosher Salt because of the big flakes – it really takes your cookies to the next level! 
  • 3 tablespoon cookie scoop – size 20!

How to make Cadbury Egg Easter Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar.

Add the egg and vanilla and mix well. I like to mix mine until just combined without over mixing.

Additional Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup unbleached flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup quick oats
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup crushed Cadbury mini eggs (divided)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and sugar and cream them together.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the oats to the mixture and mix well.
Fold in the miniature chocolate chips and 1 cup of the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Use a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop (size 20) and create cookie dough balls and put them 3” apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-9 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
Remove from the oven and top with remaining crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Let cool completely on the baking sheet (at least 10 minutes).
