White chocolate chips and almond bark in a pot

First, get a square 8×8″ baking dish and line it with parchment paper. Add your white baking chips and 8 ounces of almond bark to a heat safe bowl.

Pouring sweetened condensed milk into pot

Next, pour in your sweetened condensed milk and salt. Heat over a double boiler and stir until everything is melted and smooth.

Adding vanilla to melted fudge mixture

Once everything has melted, remove from the heat and mix in the vanilla.

Pouring fudge mixture into prepared dish

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and let it sit for 4 to 6 hours on the counter. (Or 2-4 hours in the refrigerator.)

Cut vanilla fudge squares

Now once the fudge has set and is completely firm, you can cut it into squares. (This recipe makes 16 fudge squares.)

Drizzling green almond bark onto fudge squares

Next, melt the remain 8 ounces of almond bark and mix in 8 (or so) drops of green food coloring. Transfer the green almond bark to a zippered bag and trim off the tip.

Christmas Tree Fudge Ingredients

Christmas Vanilla Fudge Recipe

Yields: 16 pieces of fudge
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: None
Setting time: 2-4 hours in the refrigerator, 4-6 hours at room temperature.
Additional time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cups white baking chips
16 oz vanilla almond bark (divided)
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Green oil based food coloring
Yellow star sprinkles (or yellow sprinkles)
Holiday sprinkles (optional)

Directions
Line a 8×8” square baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine 2 cups white baking chips, 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and salt together in a double boiler.
Heat over medium heat and melt until smooth, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla.
Pour fudge into the prepared pan and let sit for 4-6 hours room temperature or 2-4 hours in the fridge.
Cut into 16 pieces.
Heat 8 ounces of almond bark in 30 second increments until almost smooth. If there are a few lumps, use the residual heat to melt the chocolate so it doesn’t burn.
Add about 8 drops of oil based food coloring to the vanilla almond bark.
Pour almond bark into a zippered bag and cut the tip off.
Drizzle over fudge to make a tree (start at the top and go back and forth with the drizzle – starting with small lines and getting bigger as you go to create a tree shape).
Top with a star sprinkle and Christmas sprinkles on the tree!

Notes:
● Fudge can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 weeks and in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
● Keep fudge in an airtight container to keep moisture out.
