Here are even more Easy DIY Homemade Recipes!
These Shower Melts are great because you only need a couple of simple ingredients you probably already have around your home!
Add a few Essential Oils of your choice and then put these shower steamers in the corner of your shower or on the shower bench and let the aroma fill your shower for a DIY Aromatherapy Experience!
For this recipe, I used Peppermint Essential Oil, Lavender Essential Oil, and Eucalyptus Radiata Essential Oil. All of my Essential Oils are Young Living and you can learn more about them here!
I only recommend using Young Living Essential Oils because of their high standard of purity.
Some Essential Oils only have to have 5% of the actual oil to be considered “pure”. The danger in this is that you are getting harmful fillers and the oil is super diluted which means it won’t help support your body, and could even do harm. Young Living has a Seed to Seal Standard of growing, distilling, and processing essential oils so you know you are getting 100% PURE Therapeutic Grade Essential Oil.
