  • White Chocolate Chips, Holiday M&Ms, and Sprinkles

Cake Mix Cookie Bars for Easter

These are the easiest and best Cake Mix Cookies Bars for Easter, Spring, and Egg Hunt parties! They’re so festive and POP with color! Super fun for kids and great for a crowd!

M&M Easter Cookie Bars Recipe with Cake Mix

Cake Mix Desserts are some of my all time favorite Desserts to make (especially for Holidays) because they are little to no mess! So this M&M Easter Cookie Bars Recipe with Cake Mix was so fun and easy to make! ONLY 4 INGREDIENTS and topped with fun Easter candies!

How to make Easy Easter Cookie Bars with Cake Mix!

First, start by lining a glass baking dish (9″x13″) with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Next in a mixing bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs together.

Then add in 3/4 cups of White Chocolate Chips, 3/4 cup of Easter M&Ms, and 1/4 cup of Easter Sprinkles!

Pour the cookie dough (it will be sticky!) into the parchment paper lined baking dish.

Spread it out evenly in the baking dish so it will bake evenly.

Bake the Easter Cookie Bars for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the cookie bar to cool for about 15 minutes.

Then take the parchment paper out of the baking dish (including the cookie bar) and let it cool for another 30 minutes.

Now cut the cookie bar into 12 pieces. (You can use a knife for this or a pizza cutter.)

Once the cookie bars have cooled, melt the rest of the White Chocolate Chips in the microwave (for 30 second increments until fully melted).

Finally, drizzle the melted White Chocolate over the Easter Cookie Bars. Allow the White Chocolate to cool before serving – ENJOY!

Ingredients for baking laid out on a marble surface: powdered sugar, pastel candies, rainbow sprinkles, white chocolate chips, two eggs, and a stick of butter.

Easy Easter Cookie Bars with Cake Mix

Yields: 12 Bars
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time: 20 minutes
Additional time: 20 minutes + drying time

Ingredients:
1 package of white cake mix (Betty Crocker super moist white cake mix 14.25 ounce box)
⅓ cup melted butter
2 whole large eggs
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, divided
1 cup holiday M&Ms, divided
½ cup sprinkles, divided

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13” glass baking pan dish with parchment paper.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs together.
Stir in 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips, 3/4 cup M&Ms, 1/4 cup of sprinkles.
Spoon the dough into the baking dish that has been lined with parchment paper and spread the dough evenly in the pan (the dough will be sticky).
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the parchment paper from the baking dish and let the cookie bar cool on a cooling rack for 30 minutes.
Cut the cookie bar into 12 pieces.
After the cookie bars are cooled, heat the remaining white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
Separate the cookie bars a little and then drizzle the white chocolate over the cookie dough bars using a fork. Top with remaining M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Let cool completely.

Notes:
● Cookie bars can be stored at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
● I used a pizza cutter to cut my cookie bars, but you can also use a knife.

How to you Make Easter Cookie Bars?

First, you mix together the Cake Mix, Melted Butter, and Eggs. Then you add in the White Chocolate Chips, M&Ms, and Sprinkles.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Once the Cookie Bars have cooled (for about 45 minutes), slice into squares and drizzle with melted White Chocolate! YUM!
