How to make Easy Easter Cookie Bars with Cake Mix!
First, start by lining a glass baking dish (9″x13″) with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Next in a mixing bowl, mix the cake mix, melted butter, and eggs together.

Pour the cookie dough (it will be sticky!) into the parchment paper lined baking dish.
Spread it out evenly in the baking dish so it will bake evenly.
Bake the Easter Cookie Bars for 20 minutes. Take out of the oven and let the cookie bar to cool for about 15 minutes.
Then take the parchment paper out of the baking dish (including the cookie bar) and let it cool for another 30 minutes.
Now cut the cookie bar into 12 pieces. (You can use a knife for this or a pizza cutter.)
Once the cookie bars have cooled, melt the rest of the White Chocolate Chips in the microwave (for 30 second increments until fully melted).
Finally, drizzle the melted White Chocolate over the Easter Cookie Bars. Allow the White Chocolate to cool before serving – ENJOY!
