All Natural Muscle Rub!

I’m a dancer, so sometimes I get sore muscles that need a little TLC after a long dance class. Thankful that I have this All Natural Muscle Rub to use after a long dance class.

I am not a doctor or an expert on muscle relief, but I do know that this Roll-on All Natural Muscle Rub works for me when i’m feeling tight and needing some relief on specific muscles and joints.

All Natural Roll-on Muscle Rub

Here’s What You Need:
Valerian Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade)
PanAway Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade)
Peppermint Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade)
Olive Oil or Liquid Coconut Oil
Rollerball Cap or Glass Rollerball Bottles

Directions:
Combine 10 Drops Valerian Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade), 10 Drops PanAway Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade), and 5 Drops Peppermint Essential Oil (Therapeutic Grade) in a Glass Bottle with a Rollerball Cap.

Fill the Glass Bottle to the top with a Carrier Oil – either Olive Oil or Liquid Coconut Oil (about 1-2 Tablespoons).

Attach Rollerball Cap to the top of the bottle and roll on desired area for relief!
