How to make S’mores Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Recipe
I love making s’mores with family and friends. Try this S’mores Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie Recipe to feed a crowd!
First, generously butter your cast iron skillet.
Next, mix together melted butter and 6-7 crushed graham crackers and press them into the bottom of the skillet.
Now cream both the sugars and the butter together, then add in the egg and vanilla.
Then, mix in the flour, baking soda, salt and chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough into the cast iron skillet on top of the graham cracker crust.
Next, add marshmallows and Hershey’s chocolate bars on top and press them into the cookie dough.
Finally, bake for 23-25 minutes and then broil for about 30 seconds to brown the marshmallows. Once cooled, add more graham cracker crumbs and Hershey bars to the top and serve! YUMMY!

Yields: 1 10” Skillet Cookie (about 10-12 servings)
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 23 minutes
Additional time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks) – softened to room temperature, divided
1 package of graham crackers, divided
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup unbleached flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 Large marshmallows
2 Hershey Bars
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and generously butter a 10” cast iron skillet with 3-4 tablespoons of butter.
Crush about 6-7 graham crackers to make the crust (save the rest for garnishing).
Mix crushed graham crackers with 4 tablespoons melted butter.
Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared skillet.
Make the cookie dough by creaming together 1/2 cup butter (1 stick), white sugar, and brown sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined and then fold in chocolate chips.
Put the cookie dough over the graham cracker crust and press it down.
Press marshmallows down into the cookie layer and then add pieces of the Hershey Bars.
Bake for 23-25 minutes or until the center is set but not overdone.
Once the center is set, broil the top on low for 30 seconds or until the marshmallows brown – watch the oven because this will happen quickly.
Let cool for 20 minutes and then add graham cracker crumbs and more Hershey Bar pieces.
