I am always looking for Easy Healthy Snack Recipes that are simple and perfect for on-the-go.
I don’t always have a lot of time to get something together in the kitchen, but if I can plan ahead enough to make something to go in the freezer, or that will keep for a week or two, then it’s so much easier to grab & go, satisfy the cravings, and still maintain my health goals!
Here are some of my FAVORITE Healthy Snack Recipes!

1. Ningxia Red Smoothie Recipe – Lemon Peony
This has one of my FAVORITE ingredients in it! An immune boosting Ningxia Red is full of antioxidants to help promote a healthy immune system. This is something I drink 1-2 oz of daily, and sometimes I add it to this smoothie recipe!
2. Easy Strawberry Vanilla Bean Yogurt Smoothie – Lemon Peony
Mmm! These flavors are SO good together! I love how easy it is to make and it’s great for an afternoon or breakfast snack!
3. Peanut Butter Protein Bites – Lemon Peony
These are also SO easy to make and the ingredients are simple! Perfect for on-the-go snacking!
4. Blueberry Almond Oatmeal Cups – Lemon Peony
These are SO easy to make and I love that you can put them in the freezer for a couple of weeks so that you only have to make them once, but then you have them on hand for a quick and easy grab-and-go snack or breakfast!

This is SO good! This is a family favorite recipe and I’ve made it for years! It’s great for traveling or you can add it to your milk or yogurt for breakfast!
