How to make no bake cookies!

No bake cookies are SO easy! All you need is a sauce pan and a few ingredients! You will start by boiling a mixture of butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder. After a couple of minutes, add the peanut butter, vanilla, salt, and oats. 

Mix well and then scoop onto a cooke sheet that’s been lined with parchment paper. You can make the cookies whatever size you want! 

Cookies will harden within 20 – 30 minutes! Serve with a glass of milk or take a plate of cookies to your friends! So easy you will make them again and again! 

Easy No Bake Cookies Recipe

 Here’s What You Need:
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter (Cut into Pieces)
1/2 Cup Whole Milk
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
3/4 Cup White Sugar
1/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cup Quick Oats

DIRECTIONS:
Combine butter, milk, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, and cocoa powder in a saucepan.
Stir over low heat until butter is completely melted.
Once butter is melted, increase heat to medium and continue stirring until mixture begins to boil.
Boil mixture for 1.5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add in peanut butter and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add oats and stir until combined completely.
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, dip 2 tablespoons of batter onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
Let the cookies cool completely and enjoy!
