Smooth and Creamy Lemon Fudge

This Smooth and Creamy Lemon Fudge is made over a double boiler which really helps the ingredients melt evenly. Once the ingredients are melted, you pour the fudge mixture into a baking dish to set until it’s completely cooled. This makes for the PERFECT Smooth and Creamy Lemon Fudge!

How to make this No Bake Easy Lemon Fudge Recipe

First, start by lining an 8×8″ baking dish with parchment paper. Then add water to the bottom of your double boiler.

Next, add in the white baking chips, white almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt to the double boiler. Easy Lemon Fudge melting in double boiler

Mix all the ingredients together until they are melted and smooth.

Next, add in the lemon juice and only HALF of the lemon zest. Mix all together until fully combined.

Now, pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish. Take the rest of the lemon zest and sprinkle on top of the fudge.

Loosely cover the fudge and let it set for about 4-6 hours at room temperature. Or you could also cool it in the refrigerator 2-4 hours.

Finally, once the fudge has set and cooled, slice into squares. It can be served immediately. ENJOY!

Easy Lemon Fudge Ingredients

No Bake Easy Lemon Fudge Recipe

Yields: 16 pieces
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time: none
Additional time: 4-6 hours

Ingredients:
2 cups of white baking chips
8oz white almond bark
1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounces
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest, divided

Directions:
Prepare a 8×8” square pan with parchment paper and put water in the bottom part of a double boiler.
In the top double boiler pan combine the white baking chips, white almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt.
Heat over medium heat until melted and smooth, stirring regularly.
Once everything is melted and smooth, remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and half of the lemon zest. Mix until combined.
Pour fudge into the prepared pan and top with remaining lemon zest.
Loosely cover and let the fudge cool at room temperature for 4-6 hours or in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.

Notes:
Fudge can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks or in the refrigerator if sealed properly so it does not dry out.
