No Bake Cheesecake is perfect for summer because who wants to turn on an oven?! Plus, a chilled treat is always a win for any pool party or barbecue!
YUM!! No Bake Snickers Cheesecake is super simple to make and a crowd favorite! Throw it together the night before and have it ready to go for barbecues, dinner parties, or birthday celebrations!
How to Make Snickers Cheesecake
Start by gathering your ingredients and setting out the cream cheese so it can soften a little! If your cream cheese isn’t soft, or you want to speed up the process, microwave it in 5 second increments until soft but not melted.
Use a stand mixer or hand mixer to make the process even easier to combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar really well. Add the sour cream and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Add the snickers and save a few for topping it off once chilled!
It’s super easy to use a pre-made pie crust like I did, or you can make your own using crushed graham crackers and butter!
Pour the batter into the pie crust and chill overnight for the best results. When you are ready to serve, sprinkle with remaining snickers and drizzle with caramel and chocolate!
