How to make a Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

First, gather all of your ingredients for your smoothie. You can choose any additional fruit or add peanut butter if you want!

Combine all of your ingredients into a blender like this one and blend until smooth.

At first I wasn’t sure about adding oats in my smoothie, but it really isn’t bad at all! You can’t even taste them, but you get such great added health benefits like more fiber!

Chia Seeds! Because why not! You can add chia seeds or flax to your smoothie to kick it up another notch. You could even add honey to your smoothie to make it a little sweeter.
