  • White chocolate chips – this will make the base of the white chocolate fudge. 
  • Sweetened condensed milk – super easy fudge that’s smooth and creamy without a lot of fuss. 
  • Candy canes! We always have candy canes laying around during the holidays, but you can also use peppermints or peppermint sprinkles.

How to make White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge

This fudge recipe is simple and easy! It is sure to be a top favorite treat! Here’s how to make White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge!

White Chocolate Chips, Butter, and Sweetened Condensed Milk in Saucepan

First, add the sweetened condensed milk, white chocolate chips, and butter to a a saucepan and melt until smooth over the stove.

Next, remove the saucepan from the heat and mix in the vanilla.

Fudge Poured Into Baking Dish

Then, pour the mixture into a prepared pan. Sprinkle the crushed candy cane on top. Let the fudge cool and set for several hours (or overnight).

Now, cut the fudge into squares.

White Almond Bark Being Drizzled Over Fudge Squares

Melt the almond bark and drizzle it over the fudge squares.

White Chocolate Candy Cane Fudge Recipe

Yields: 16 pieces of fudge
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Baking time: None
Additional time: 4 hours

Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6-8 ounces white almond bark
15-20 miniature candy canes (crushed)

Directions:
In a medium saucepan, melt the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over medium-low heat until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
Remove the mixture from the heat and add in the vanilla. Mix well.
Quickly pour the mixture into a pan that has been lined with parchment paper and spread it out in the pan.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top and press them into the fudge mixture.
Let the fudge cool until hard – about 4 hours or overnight (or put in the refrigerator to cool quicker).
Cut the fudge into pieces and melt the almond bark according to the directions (I heat mine in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second increments until melted and smooth).
Drizzle the almond bark over the fudge and sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
