What you need to Make Cadbury Creme Magic Cookie Bars!
- Cadbury Creme Eggs
- Cadbury Mini Eggs
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Quick Oats
- Coconut
- Mini Chocolate Chips
- Graham Crackers, Sugar, Butter
How to make Cadbury Creme Eggs Magic Cookie Bars for Easter!
Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Start by crushing the graham crackers in a food processor (you can also use a zippered bag to crush them with a rolling pin or stainless steel measuring cup).
Create the crust by combining the graham crackers and sugar together. Add the butter and mix until combined.
Pour the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and press it down firmly to create the crust.
Top the crust with oats and coconut flakes.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk on top and spread it out evenly.
Add the mini chocolate chips and half of the Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Bake for 25 minutes, remove from the oven, and top with the rest of the Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Let the magic bars cool for 30 minutes and cut the Cadbury Creme Eggs in half.
After 30 minutes, top the magic bars with the Cadbury Creme Eggs and let cool completely.
I like to place my Creme Eggs right in the middle of each bar (so spread them out in 3 rows of 5).
Cut into 15 bars and enjoy!
Option to make cuts in your bars before topping with the Cadbury Eggs, but you will need the magic bars to be a little warm so the eggs will melt a little and stick to the magic bars.
Cadbury Creme Eggs Easter Magic Bars Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups graham crackers, crushed (about 15 crackers)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
1 cup quick oats
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup crushed mini Cadbury eggs, divided
8 Cadbury Creme Eggs (cut in half)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13” pan with parchment paper.
Put the mini eggs in a zippered bag and use a hard measuring cup or rolling pin to crush the eggs.
Crush the graham crackers in a food processor and add the sugar. Pulse until fine crumbs.
Add the melted butter to the graham cracker mixture.
Transfer the graham cracker mixture into the prepared pan and press it down to create a crust.
Top with oats and coconut flakes.
Pour sweetened condensed milk on top and spread evenly.
Top with chocolate chips and ½ cup Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and top with the remaining Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Let cool for 30 minutes.
While it cools, cut the Cadbury Creme Eggs in half lengthwise. You will need 15 halves.
Top the magic bars with Cadbury Creme Egg halves and let cool completely.
