Cheesecake Pudding Bars
Super simple Cheesecake Pudding Bars! I LOVE how easy these Cheesecake Pudding Bars are to whip up – with simple ingredients!
Combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, chocolate pudding, sour cream, and vanilla. Add in the crushed Oreos, chocolate syrup, and gummy worms for even more deliciousness!
How to make Easy Oreo Dirt Pudding Cheesecake Bars
Here’s how to make these yummy Dirt Pudding Cheesecake Bars!
First, start by lining a square baking dish (“9×9”) with parchment paper.
Take about 20 Oreos and crush them in food processor or a zipper bag. (I prefer to use the food processor to get a finer crumb.)
Next, add the melted butter to the crushed Oreos and press the mixture into the prepared pan. Place the Oreo crust the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
Take about 7 Oreos and crush them in a zipper bag. Set them aside for later.
While your crust is chilling, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a bowl until smooth. Then add the chocolate pudding and mix well. (I used a hand mixer for this to get everything nice and smooth.)
Next, stir in the sour cream and vanilla. Then add in the crushed Oreos and mix all together.
Add in a handful of gummy worms (1/2 cup) and mix them in.
Pour the cheesecake batter onto the Oreo crust. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top of the batter and if you’d like, you can add another handful of gummy worms.
Spread it all out on top of the Oreo crust, mixing in the chocolate syrup and gummy worms. Place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours.
Once the cheesecake bars have set, cut them into either 9 cheesecake bars or 16 cheesecake bars.
Take about 13 Oreos and crush them in a zipper bag. (I like to remove the filling of my Oreos before crushing them.) Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave by melting for 30 second intervals and stirring in-between.
Finally, top each Cheesecake Bar with a tablespoon of melted chocolate, crushed Oreos, and a gummy worm.
Work with 1 or 2 Cheesecake Bars at a time so the crushed Oreos and gummy worm will stick to the melted chocolate before it is hardened by the cold Cheesecake Bar.
Once the chocolate has set, serve and ENJOY! If you’re not planning on serving immediately, store in the refrigerator.
