How to make Easy White Chocolate Fudge Recipe with Cadbury Mini Eggs
I LOVE this Cadbury Mini Eggs White Chocolate Fudge! Packed with AMAZING flavor and super easy to make! So cute for Springtime and great for a crowd!
First, pour about 1 cup of Cadbury Mini Eggs in a zipper bag and crush them with rolling pan or a hard measuring cup. Set aside for later.
Next, line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Add baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and salt to a double boiler.
Now heat the ingredients over medium heat until they’re melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, then gently fold in the crushed Cadbury Mini Eggs.
Then pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Let it cool until the fudge is completely set. (2-4 hours in the refrigerator or 6-8 hours at room temperature.)
Once the fudge has set, slice it into 16 square pieces. Now divide the almond bark into two bowls and melt in the microwave. Add 2-3 drops of green food coloring into one bowl and 2-3 drop of pink food coloring into the other. Mix both bowls well.
Next, pour each melted almond bark into zipper bags. Cut off the tip and drizzle over the fudge squares.
Finally, top each fudge square with 1, 2, or 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs. Let the almond bark set before serving. SO CUTE!

What is Cadbury Fudge?
Cadbury Fudge is an Easy Fudge Recipe made with Cadbury Mini Eggs! This recipe is a simple White Chocolate Vanilla Fudge Recipe that has Cadbury Mini Eggs for Easter!
What is the secret to good fudge?
The Secret to good fudge is sweetened condensed milk. It’s my tried and true secret fudge ingredient that works ever single time! Make sure you use sweetened condensed milk and NOT evaporated milk of heavy cream. I have never had an issue with a variety of brands, so I do not buy brand specific.
What is White Chocolate Fudge made of?
White Chocolate Fudge is made with White Baking Chips. Sometimes I use a combination of white baking chips and vanilla almond bark, and sometime I just use white baking chips. It doesn’t seem to matter as long as you have about 3 cups of white chocolate.
You will also need sweetened condensed milk, butter, salt, and vanilla extract. Don’t skip the salt because it really helps to add a burst of flavor!
